404quote ("we", "us") runs 404quote.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form we collect what you enter - such as your name, phone number, email, and ZIP code - and, if you check the consent box, a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, the time, and your IP address).

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we record:

• your IP address, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and time zone;
• the pages you view, when, how long you spend on each, and how far you scroll;
• the website or link that referred you, including campaign tags (like utm_source) and ad click IDs;
• clicks on links and buttons, and searches on our site.

We use a first-party cookie to recognize your browser between visits. We do not use it to track you on other websites, and we cannot see which other sites or social networks you are signed in to.

How we use information

• to respond to your request and provide quotes;
• to contact you by phone, text, or email if you consented;

Sharing

We may share the information you submit with partners who can provide the quote or service you asked about, and with service providers who help us run the site (for example hosting). We do not sell visit data.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Email info@404quote.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Retention

We keep visit data for up to about 13 months, and information you submit for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.
